ORDER
Appellee, Tran Dang, has filed a motion to extend the deadline to file her appellee's brief Appellant, Delirium TV, LLC, filed its appellant's brief on August 7, 2023, making appellee's brief initially due to be filed on or before August 28, 2023. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(b). Appellee's motion requests that the deadline to file her appellee's brief be extended to September 27, 2023.
Appellee's motion includes a certificate of conference stating that appellant is unopposed to the relief requested in appellee's motion. See Tex. R. App. P. 10.1(a)(5). Accordingly, appellee's motion is granted. Appellee's brief is due to be filed on or before September 27, 2023.
