On May 12, 2023, petitioner filed (1) First Amended Petition (which in substance is a redacted version of the petition filed to commence this case), (2) Declaration of Cedric Beau de Paris, Petitioner, in Support of First Amended Petition, and (3) an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee.
Based upon our examination of petitioner's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee, the Court concludes that petitioner has failed to establish that petitioner lacks the current financial ability to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee for this case.
Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that petitioner's above-referenced Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is denied. Petitioner is reminded the payment of the Court's filing fee is due on or before June 12, 2023. Failure to pay the Court's filing fee may result in dismissal of this case for lack of jurisdiction. It is further
ORDERED that petitioner's First Amended Petition is recharacterized as a Redacted Petition. It is further
ORDERED that petitioner's Declaration of Cedric Beau de Paris, Petitioner, in Support of First Amended Petition is recharacterized as a Declaration of Petitioner in Support of Redacted Petition. It is further
ORDERED that the petition filed to commence this case on May 11, 2023, is sealed from public view and shall not be inspected by any person or entity not a party to this case, except by an Order of the Court.
