Dawson v. Williams

Appeals Court of Massachusetts
Jul 12, 1982
14 Mass. App. Ct. 1303 (Mass. App. Ct. 1982)

Opinion

July 12, 1982.

The judgment is vacated in part, and the matter is remanded to the trial judge to determine whether there is a computational error in the amount awarded to the plaintiff. If there is no such error, the judge is to set forth the basis for the amount ordered. In determining the plaintiff's motion for attorney's fees attributable to the G.L.c. 93A claim, the judge may include fees attributable to the defendants' appeal on that issue and to the proceedings after remand. In other respects the judgment is affirmed.
