This is a companion to the suit which was instituted by Christina M. Putt against Damon Daussat and St. Paul Fire Marine Insurance Company, and which is being decided by us on this date. See Putt v. Daussat, 381 So.2d 955.

For the reasons which we assigned in the cited case, we hereby affirm the judgment appealed from in the instant suit. The costs of this appeal are assessed to plaintiff-appellant, Damon Daussat.

AFFIRMED.
