DIVORCE, § 193erroneous reduction in amount of wife's monthly alimony. On husband's second petition for reduction in amount of divorced wife's monthly alimony, held, under terms of original divorce and alimony decree, which became res judicata and binding on trial court unless and until material change in status of parties was shown, coupled with similar issues presented to court and disposed of by it upon denial of husband's first such petition and husband's failure to show substantial change in his net income and parties' living conditions, that chancellor erred in reducing amount of alimony from $105 to $50 per month.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Sangamon county; the Hon. LAWRENCE E. STONE, Judge, presiding. Reversed and remanded with directions. Heard in this court at the October term, 1944.
