This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 13, 2023, in Detroit, Michigan.

On October 19, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Index No. 19) and concurrently therewith filed a Settlement Stipulation (Index No. 20). Upon the Court's review, it appears there was a clerical error in both documents. On November 8, 2023, the parties filed an amended Proposed Stipulated Decision (Index No. 21) and an amended Settlement Stipulation (Index No. 22).

For cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision at Index No. 19, filed with the Court on October 19, 2023, is stricken and shall not be made viewable as part of the record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the parties' Settlement Stipulation at Index No. 20, filed with the Court on October 19, 2023, is stricken and shall not be made viewable as part of the record in this case.
