Appeal from the Circuit Court for Dorchester County (HENRY, J., and JOHNSON, JJ.).
Criminal proceeding against Nelson Dail, also known as Nick Dail. From a judgment of conviction, the defendant appeals. Appeal dismissed.
The cause was argued before MARBURY, C.J., DELAPLAINE, COLLINS, GRASON, MELVIN, BAILEY, CAPPER, and HENDERSON, JJ.
