On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

WINDOM, Presiding Judge.

In accordance with the opinion of the Alabama Supreme Court in Ex parte Cunningham, 332 So. 3d 929 (Ala. 2020), this Court reverses the Houston Circuit Court's judgment insofar as it convicted Natasha Lashay Cunningham of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, see § 13A-12-212, Ala. Code 1975. This Court remands this case to the circuit court for proceedings consistent with the Supreme Court's opinion.

AFFIRMED IN PART; REVERSED IN PART; AND REMANDED.

Kellum, McCool, Cole, and Minor, JJ., concur.
