The clerk's record filed November 7, 2023, is incomplete because it does not include the trial court's certification of defendant's right of appeal. The trial court's docket sheet entry of September 26, 2023 states the trial court signed "Defendant's Right of Appeal." We ORDER Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, to file a supplemental clerk's record on or before NOVEMBER 27, 2023 containing the trial court's certification of defendant's right of appeal.
