Constantin v. Wicks

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Feb 4, 1985
108 A.D.2d 715 (N.Y. App. Div. 1985)

Opinion

February 4, 1985

Appeal from the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Becker, J.).

Order affirmed, insofar as appealed from, with costs.

We find that the determination of the court concerning custody, visitation and counsel fees was a proper exercise of its discretion ( see, Matter of Darlene T., 28 N.Y.2d 391; Matter of Richards v Richards, 78 A.D.2d 943; Smith v Smith, 61 A.D.2d 1133). Lazer, J.P., Mangano, Gibbons and Niehoff, JJ., concur.
