Connolly v. Waycott

Supreme Court of New Hampshire Cheshire
Dec 1, 1884
63 N.H. 618 (N.H. 1884)

Opinion

Decided December, 1884.

ASSUMPSIT for labor.

D. H. Woodward, for the plaintiff.

Lane Dole and E. R. Champlin, for the defendant.

No question of law is presented. Whether the labor was performed upon the credit of the defendant, or upon that of Knapp, was a question of fact.

Exceptions overruled.

BLODGETT, J., did not sit: the others concurred.
