Motion for stay and for other relief denied, without prejudice to the right of appellant to move before Special Term for temporary support. An early trial is to be preferred to appeals from intermediate orders in matrimonial matters (Schoellkopf v Schoellkopf, 41 A.D.2d 599; Gelow v Gelow, 41 A.D.2d 556).
