Opinion

The named defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 163 Conn.App. 587, 135 A.3d 1256 (2016), is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly determine that the trial court correctly denied the defendant's request for attorney's fees pursuant to General Statutes § 42–150bb ?”
