Indictments charging defendant with robberies and conspiracy. Before GUARINO, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of conspiracy and one count of robbery and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1547, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Sept. T., 1975, Nos. 1265 and 1267. Argued March 20, 1978.
