Submitted March 27, 1957. Before JONES, C. J., BELL, CHIDSEY, MUSMANNO, ARNOLD, JONES and COHEN, JJ.

Appeals, Nos. 141 and 145, March T., 1957, from judgments of Superior Court, April T., 1956, Nos. 108 and 109, affirming judgments of Court of Oyer and Terminer of Allegheny County, Feb. T., 1953, Nos. 36, 39, 41, 42, 43, 47, 48, 49, 50 and 63, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Robert Thompson et al. Judgments affirmed.

Same case in Superior Court: 181 Pa. Super. 572.

Indictments charging defendants with burglary and receiving stolen goods. Before ADAMS, J., without jury.

Verdicts of guilty on ten indictments and judgment of sentence imposed on one indictment. Defendants appealed to the Superior Court, which affirmed the judgments of the court below. Appeals by defendants to Supreme Court allowed.
