Appeals, Nos. 30 to 48, inclusive, May T., 1959, from orders of Superior Court, March T., 1958, Nos. 65 to 83, inclusive, affirming judgments of Court of Quarter Sessions of Dauphin County, March T., 1957, Nos. 105 to 123, inclusive, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Stanley Stuart Stone. Judgments affirmed.

Same case in Superior Court: 187 Pa. Super. 225.

Indictments charging defendant with fraudulent conversion. Before KREIDER, J., without a jury.

Verdicts of guilty and judgments of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed to Superior Court which affirmed judgments. Appeal to Supreme Court allowed.
