Indictment charging defendant with receiving stolen goods. Before WALSH, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty following guilty plea and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1300, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County, No. 1582 of 1975. Submitted September 22, 1976.
