Summary

In Commonwealth v. Schmitz, 2021 WL 1592372 (Pa. Super. April 23, 2021), we noted that given the similarities between the state and the county statutory schemes, see id. at *5-6, and given Appellant's failure to address why Elliott's reasoning did not apply to county probation officers, id., we declined to find Elliott not applicable to county probation officers. Id.
