Appeal, No. 357, Jan. T., 1971, from order of Superior Court, Oct. T., 1970, No. 755, affirming judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, May T., 1968, No. 1367, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. William Sanders. Order of Superior Court and judgment of sentence affirmed.

Same case in Superior Court: 217 Pa. Super. 410.

Indictment charging defendant with assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery and assault and battery with intent to murder. Before WEINROTT, J.

Verdict of guilty on all counts. Defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed to the Superior Court, which affirmed the judgment of sentence of the court below, opinion per curiam, dissenting opinion by HOFFMAN, J. Appeal to Supreme Court allowed.
