Indictments charging defendant with burglary, rape, indecent assault and simple assault. Before MacPHAIL, P.J. Verdicts of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 22, March T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Adams County, No. CC-40-77. Submitted: March 12, 1979.
