Criminal proceedings. Burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy. Before SAYLOR, J. No. 2169 Philadelphia 1981. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Berks County, Criminal Division, No. 81011601. Submitted: April 21, 1982.
