Indictment charging defendant with involuntary manslaughter. Before GARB, J. Order entered sustaining demurrer by defendant to evidence. Commonwealth appealed. Appeal, No. 180, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, No. 1913 of 1975. Argued March 16, 1976.
