Indictments charging defendant with robbery, aggravated assault, and violation of the Uniform Firearms Act. Before LEWIS, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of armed robbery and not guilty of remaining charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 524, April T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, No. 7600440. Submitted November 14, 1977.
