Indictment charging defendant with robbery. Before DILLON, J. Verdict of guilty.

Indictment charging defendant with escape, possession of implements for escape, theft, recklessly endangering another person, criminal conspiracy and theft. Before DILLON, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered in both cases. Defendant appealed. Appeals, Nos. 829 and 830, April T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Butler County, Nos. C.A. 286 and 287 of 1976, and No. C.A. 086 of 1976. Argued: April 13, 1978.
