Appeals, Nos. 135 and 136, Jan. T., 1951, from judgments of Superior Court, Oct. T., 1950, Nos. 138 and 139, affirming judgment of Court of Quarter Sessions of Lehigh County, June T., 1949, No. 46, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Paul S. Geuss and Erich Fleischmann. Judgments affirmed; reargument refused September 15, 1951.

Appeal by defendants from convictions and sentences by alderman for violation of ordinance prohibiting use of sound equipment in business area. Before DIEFENDERFER, J.
Order entered finding defendants guilty as charged and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendants appealed to the Superior Court which affirmed the opinion of the court below. Appeal by defendants to Supreme Court allowed.
