Criminal proceedings. Conspiracy to possess and distribute a controlled substance. Defendant's petition for writ of habeas corpus denied. Before BLAKE, J. No. 2532 Oct. T., 1978. Appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nos. 76-10-1996 and 77-08-3252.
