Appeals, Nos. 389 and 390, Oct. T., 1966, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of the Peace of Philadelphia County, Feb. T., 1965, Nos. 1036 and 1037. Indictments charging defendant with assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with intent to murder, and aggravated robbery. Argued June 20, 1966.
