Indictment charging defendant with burglary, larceny and receiving stolen goods. Before HOFFMAN, J. Appeal, No. 1056, Oct. T., 1969, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Dec. T., 1963, No. 1489. Argued September 11, 1969.
