Indictments charging defendant with violation of the Uniform Firearms Act and unlawful possession of narcotics. Before WILLIAMS, J. Appeal, No. 1728, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nov. T., 1971, No. 1423. Argued December 4, 1973.
