Appeal, No. 442, Jan. T., 1967, from order of Superior Court, Oct. T., 1966, Nos. 477 and 478, affirming judgment of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, Sept. T., 1965, Nos. 1218 and 1219, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. John Crawley. Order affirmed.

Indictment charging defendant with burglaries. Before McDERMOTT, J., without a jury.
Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed to Superior Court, which affirmed the judgment of sentence. Defendant appealed to Supreme Court.
