Indictment charging defendant with burglary, robbery, larceny, violation of the Uniform Firearms Act, pointing a firearm and conspiracy. Before CATANIA, J. Appeals, Nos. 994 to 997, inclusive, Oct. T., 1971, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Dec. T., 1969, Nos. 481, 482, 483 and 486. Argued September 15, 1971.
