Indictments charging defendant with carrying a concealed deadly weapon, carrying a firearm without a license, burglary, attempted murder, assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with intent to murder, and conspiracy. Before NIX, JR., J., without a jury. Appeals, Nos. 412, 413, and 414, Oct. T., 1970, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Jan. T., 1968, Nos. 916, 918, and 919. Argued June 8, 1970.
