Decision Pursuant to Rule 1:28.

The convictions and sentences for forcible rape of a child, statutory rape, assault with intent to rape and the conviction and sentence for indecent assault and battery on indictment number 102101 are affirmed. The convictions and sentences for indecent assault and battery on indictment numbers 102508 and 102509 are vacated and the matter is remanded for a new trial on those indictments.
