AFFIRMED. See Shiba v. Gabay, 120 So. 3d 80, 85 (Fla. 4th DCA 2013) (holding where mother had moved child out of state prior to paternity petition being filed, that relocation statute's factors "should be considered in determining the best interests of the child under section 61.13").
