Indictments charging defendant with being an accessory before and after the fact to forgery and accessory before the fact to counterfeiting. Before WIEAND, J. Appeal, No. 630, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County, Nos. 1110 and 1131 of 1972.
