Indictment charging defendant with aggravated robbery, aggravated assault and battery, burglary, carrying a concealed deadly weapon and unlawfully carrying a firearm without a license. Before REED, J. Appeal, No. 726, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Jan. T., 1971, Nos. 247-250. Argued June 12, 1974.
