June 12, 1990.

Petition No. 339 W.D. Alloc. Dkt. 1989 for Allowance of Appeal from the Order of the Superior Court dated May 26, 1989, 391 Pa. Super. 634, 563 A.2d 189, quashing the appeal at No. 1238 Pittsburgh, 1988, from the Judgment of Sentence entered July 20, 1988, in the Court of Common Pleas of Bedford County, Criminal Division, at No. 126 of 1987.


ORDER


The petition for allowance of appeal is granted. The case is remanded to the trial court for resentencing. The trial court is directed to impose sentence consistent with the guilty verdict on one charge of driving under the influence. See 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3731.
