Indictments charging defendant with aggravated robbery, aggravated assault and battery, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, and conspiracy. Before BOLGER, J. Appeal, No. 842, Oct. T., 1967, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, March T., 1962, Nos. 58 to 63, inclusive. Argued: December 14, 1967.
