Indictments charging defendant with aggravated robbery, burglary, larceny, conspiracy and commission of a crime of violence while armed. Before BODLEY, J. Appeal, No. 624, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, Nos. 385-01 and 385-02 of 1973.
