Application for Reconsideration No. 186 Western District Allocatur Docket 1992; from the Denial of the Petition for Allowance of Appeal from the Order of Superior Court entered March 19, 1992, at No. 966 Pittsburgh, 1990, vacating the Order of the Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, Allegheny County, entered June 5, 1990 at Nos. CC8713004A, CC8713005A, CC8713006A, CC8713008A, CC8713010A, CC8713011A, CC8713012A, CC8713013A and CC8713014A, denying Post Convictions.


ORDER


The Application for Reconsideration of Denial of Petition for Allowance of Appeal is granted and the Opinion and Order of the Superior Court ( Commonwealth v. Bauer, 413 Pa. Super. 220, 604 A.2d 1098 (1992)) are reversed and the matter is remanded for trial. Commonwealth v. Persinger, 532 Pa. 317, 615 A.2d 1305 (1992).

The Application to Strike Answer To Application For Reconsideration dismissed as moot.
