Plaintiff's motion for a temporary restraining order is denied for the reasons stated on the record in open court this date.

Plaintiff may file an amended petition in the supplementary proceeding on or before August 4, 2002. Discovery in the supplementary proceeding shall be conducted in accordance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and any applicable federal statutes and treaties.
