DECISION & ORDER

Motion by appellant to vacate an order of this court dated January 19, 2022, which dismissed an the an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered December 12, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to vacate is denied with leave to renew upon the filing of an affidavit by appellant setting forth a reasonable excuse for his default and a meritorious appeal on or before July 15, 2022.
