Because the Court has determined that relief is not authorized, the petition for writ of habeas corpus is hereby dismissed. See Baker v. State, 878 So. 2d 1236 (Fla. 2004).

The petition for writ of prohibition is hereby denied pursuant to English v. McCrary, 348 So. 2d 293 (Fla. 1977).

Any motions or other requests for relief are also denied.

WELLS, ANSTEAD, PARIENTE, QUINCE, and CANTERO, JJ., concur.
