ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals shall be heard together. The appeal is case No. 523236 is set down for the October 2016 term of this Court. Appellants in case No. 523236 shall file and serve a record on appeal and brief on or before August 8, 2016. The brief of respondent in case No. 523236 shall be filed and served on or before September 7, 2016.
