Cincinnati Bar Assn. v. Moore
On motion for contempt. This matter is pending before the court upon the filing of a motion for contempt by relator, the Cincinnati Bar Association.
Upon consideration thereof, it is ordered and adjudged by this court that respondent, Rodger William Moore, Attorney Registration No. 0074144, last known address in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, is found in contempt for failure to comply with the court's June 25, 2015 order, to wit: continuing to practice law after this court's June 25, 2015 suspension order.
