ORDERED that this appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Suffolk County, Third District, entered June 8, 2018, is stricken from this court's appeals calendar and general calendar on the ground that the case was not properly settled.

UDCA 1704 (a) provides that the judge who tried the case, which here was Judge Matthews, must settle the record.
