The defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 142 Conn.App. 213, 70 A.3d 42, 2013 WL 1731025, is granted, limited to the following issue:
“Did the Appellate Court properly determine that the trial court improperly confirmed the arbitration award because such award violated public policy?”
