Summary
In Castro v. New York Rapid Transit Corp. (253 A.D. 832), a case decided by the Appellate Division of this department on January 21, 1938, plaintiff, while attempting to board a train at the Times Square Station, was injured when she was violently pushed into the train by the crowd on the platform.
