IT IS ORDERED that Casson's claims against the Natchitoches Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force are DENIED and DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915(e)(2)(B) and 1915A.
