The petitioner has filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus with the Court. To the extent the petitioner challenges the district court's decision in Case No. 2D12–5130, the petition is denied. To the extent the petitioner seeks the type of relief available in a motion filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850, the petition is dismissed without prejudice to the petitioner seeking relief in the circuit court.
